star method. 5 total questions. had one interview with the gm and second interview with the dm. dm asked same questions as the gm. heard back within the week and accepted the offer
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
