Phone interview with recruiter the face to face with 2 district managers. It was in a Starbucks store with so many customers that it was distracting. I was very qualified for the position and they decided not to go with me. I reached out to get some feedback and never heard back. Very disappointed with the company and this whole process has changed how I feel about the company and where I choose to spend my money.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
