After applying online I received an email asking to complete an hour long virtual tryout on the website. Was contacted by a recruiter within few days and scheduled a phone interview, which was about 30 min long and pretty easy. All questions were situational. I was also asked about my salary expectations and was told that I might be out of their range. A recruiter also asked me what other companies I was interviewing with. I did not think it was professional and refused to answer. Right away I was offered an in-person interview with 2 district managers (interview was scheduled for 2 weeks ahead! are they really that busy?) The in-person interview was OK, same situational questions. What I really did not like was that they both seemed very fake and insincere, especially when speaking about "all the great things at Starbucks". I was not very motivated throughout the interview, because at that point it was clear that I would not want to work for them. The recruiter called me the next day to let me know that they decided to pass on me.
