Two face-to-face interviews with two different store managers about a week apart. The STAR interview method is used. The first interview lasted about an hour. The second lasted about 30 minutes. It took approximately two more weeks to receive confirmation of my employment.

The interview is not difficult. The STAR interview method was used in both of my interviews. Be prepared to elaborate on your answers.
Interviewed by the store manager and regional managers, mostly situational questions, about 30 minutes total talk and at the end asked you your availability to work, and if you have any questions for them.

It was an easy interview to do. A lot of customer service facing questions. For the amount of time on your feet and dealing with high volume, I was not impressed with how much they offer for pay.
