I received an email asking for a video call interview, then did the interview and was able to get the job. They asked a couple of questions and then offered me the job at the end.

I was interviewed by the store manager. Although I do not have any experience, I expressed my desire to learn and work. She asked about my availability and since I was a student that time, I said I'm free during weekends.
