They want to see that you are customer focused, but also results oriented. Also that you can multi-task and handle a fast paced high stress environment. They have a specific set of interview questions to ask, and if the first person interviewing you does not like you, you will not move on to a second interview the same day and probably be sent a thanks but no thanks postcard.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
