I interviewed over the phone with a recruiter from HR, and then was invited to meet with the District Manager for a second interview. Overall the recruiter was incredibly friendly and quick with followup. The meeting with the District manager for the second interview went incredibly well. He asked a lot of typical questions, but also a lot of thoughtful questions about leadership style and explained the company's values and core philosophy and why he liked the company so much.
