It was pretty basic and self explanatory. You go in and they ask you about past experience, references, educational background, etc . Then they have you take an aptitude test and go over past experiences and how they reflect current position.

3 stages. Recruiter, hiring manager and director.
Not too challenging as they are new to Product, but the people were lovely.
Each one lasted around an hour.
Recruiter would call after to give any feedback available which I thought was great.

Too long but worth it in the end because they let you know immediately if you got the job. They do ask a lot of technical questions and want to know about your motivitation to work for this company.
