The interview process was very welcoming and honest. I was asked 3 to 4 questions and complimented on my professionalism, attire, and response to the questions asked. I expected to feel intimidated but my interviewer made the experience very comfortable and respectful. Although, I did not get the job because they were not looking for seasonal employees.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
