Couldn’t at least say they were not hiring people at this time instead of saying no qualification. They rejected three applications in the span of six hours of submission. If it says hiring and it doesn’t it says that you didn’t match the qualifications it’s probably cause they’re full.

The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
