When I did it, it was only 1 phone conversation and one interview. I hear now it's like 3? It's a pretty thorough interview. You want to push the customer connection, They want very happy and upbeat people.

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
