Interview process was very lengthy. Started with an intro interview, followed by an interview with the extended leadership team, interview with a current employee, and a project. Follow up time after each interview was short which was good.
The interview process started with a zoom meeting with the sales manager. He was building out his SDR team and looking for recent graduates. The initial interview was a very friendly experience and conversational.

Colloquio
First interview is a screening call with the recruiter, where you are asked to speak about yourself, your experiences, and why you want to join Straburst. The second interview is with a Sales Manager where you speak about your experiences in more detail. You are also asked some behavioural questions. Third interview is with an Account Executive, where you speak about the tech industry and some more behavioural questions. The Last round is a challenge.
