A recruiter called me to notify me of the available position. There was one phone interview with another digital associate; this part seemed mostly introductory and screen-y, so nothing too hard or out of the blue. Lastly, there was an in-person interview with the SVP. He was an amicable interviewer and I never felt as if he was trying to "catch me out" or anything. Pretty standard process overall.
