Friendly banter and questions. they did give me an simple impromptu test, to see if I had any idea what I was doing. I interviewed over the phone and in person just once. I interviewed in front of 3 people who I would be working with. They all asked questions and it was not high pressure. No trick questions. i liked the interview.

Unorganized, interviewers not available was handed off to unsuspecting substitutes. One of the interviewers spouses worked at my current employer and she wanted names of the people I work for. Asked many additional personal questions.
