Applied online with Startek and received an email back from an HR person within a few days. I didn't respond to the email as I was not sure if I wanted to continue applying. I eventually received a call from an HR person for an over the phone interview. General questions were asked about previous work experiences. I was then passed onto computer skill testing which tested your navigation. Once you pass this you will hear about another interview which is 1 on 1 with supervisor. Same types of questions were asked aminly about past work experiences or the "have you ever been in a situation where you had to talk to an angry person" questions.. Took 15min and I received word about the job on the spot.

They tested my skills on the computer, interviewed me, then completed paperwork for background check and drug test, all in one day. The test was similar to what I would do on the phone. The interview was one on one with a supervisor. The whole process took about 2 hours.
