2.INTERVIEW WITH HR : they will just explain about their company and about the position. Tell about yourself.
3.INTERVIEW WITH TEAM LEADER: they will give you a situation where you need to act as a customer service agent handling a customer with trouble.

2. Online interview by 2nd interviewer （team leader）
They will give u a situation and just said how u gonna to solve it.
Phone interview at first, followed by Hiring Manager's interview. The HR able to provide details about the job which gives me an exposure and brief understanding throughout the position before i decided to take up this position.
Brief, smooth with detail explanation about the job scope, the work environment. The interviewer was very nice and friendly. Have two different interview. First with hr then the team manager
