Phone screen with recruiter, back to back interviews with VP HR and SVP HR, final interview with SVP HR and CEO. Interview did not seem to be particularly relevant to the job. Interview was focused on process, but the job description was oriented to retention strategies and leadership development. SVP spent most of the final interview attempting to validate himself or impress me, not sure which.
