Screening interview with HR, and final interview Team Supervisor. The screening was about 30-45 minutes. She was very nice, warm and engaging. She did a great job describing the job, culture, and day to day life. The second interview with the team supervisor was a little dry. She was professional overall but, we just did not connect as I did with other team members. They are thorough, and up-front with expectations and what the job is like. Most of the team has been there for several years, and they are highly ranked and reputed as a company for place to work and feedback from recipients of their services. I was satisfied with the interview process. It is prompt and efficient. No large gaps between interviews, and usually a decision is made within 24 hours after the second interview, which is the final.
