It was a very simple process from start to finish. I applied online and then was sent two different exams to complete. One was personality based and one was situational. The situational part walked you through making choices for fake customers on a fake system. You have to choose what answer you would gI've and practice fidning information.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Process was fairly easy and moving along in the hiring process was easy as well. Recruiters respond very fast and are always helpful with answering any questions you may have.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
