I applied through company recruiter on college campus. It took about a month for them to contact me with an interview. Then it took about two weeks from the initial interview to hire. I was asked to provide a list of 100 contacts after my initial interview.

The questions were mostly behavioral. I didn't have any sales experience prior to the interview, and it was fine. The agent, who interviewed me, was trying to assess how hard I was willing to work and what customer service experience I had.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
