I applied internally for an underwriter position. I received an interview notification within 4 weeks. The interview was performed by a panel consisting of two team managers and two section managers. I waited for another 3 weeks and was offered the position. I found the process to be fairly easy although the online external application can be somewhat tedious and could use some improvements.

Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
