Applied for StateFarm through the website. About 2 days later received the disclosure form to began testing. Took a set of test which included typing and data entry skills as well as a simulation. A couple days later I received a email to saying that I passed the testd and would be contacted to schedule an interview. Schedule interview and interviewed approximately a week later. Although it was by phone, I was nervous but the interview went very well. I had a great interviewer. She understood my nervousness and did her best to make sure I was comfortable. At the end of the call I was offered a contingent offer based on the completion of a background check as well as a drug test.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.
