It was an over the phone interview. The interview asked a bunch of run of the mill interview questions. Not hard or stressful at all. Interviewer presented an offer of employment then and there.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.

It was smooth and every part of the interview process was virtual . Allowed me to be in the comfort on my home and be more confident in myself . The questions were the regular get to know me questions
