It was somewhat an easy process. They will ask you different behavioral based questions. It was a phone interview. The person called me and wanted to know when I had a difficult customer, how do you deal with conflict in the workplace and what do you do when a customer have a problem with customer service.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
