Sat and met with Agent and office manager. Completed brief online testing including simple math and logic skills. Studied for and took insurance license exam. Had a formal interview with the office manager.
Long but easy. Interviewer was very kind. 12 minutes test, 2 page long interview questions. Deep talk about future plans, agent likes authenticity. 10/10 recommend to anyone. Was presented job offer

The process took over two months and I was completely insulted by the entire process. I received a rejection then they reached out bc the other candidate fell through. Once I arrived for the 1:1, the manger was rude, disrespectful and insulted me the entire time. They eventually told me the position was already filled by an existing employee.
