Took 2 tests, interviewed with head agent and rest of staff. Was asked general questions. First test was just a personality quiz, second one was similar to IQ tests I have taken, but a bit different.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.

The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
