I applied in September and heard from them in November. The HR were super nice and helpful. There was one phone interview which last for about half an hour. Questions were easy. Just explained my working experience and gave some examples related to customer services. 2 weeks later, I was asked to do the drug screening and background check. They also scheduled an OPI in their office since I was applying for bilingual position.

The process took about a month. I applied 2/28, got a link to take an assessment on 3/3, then I received an interview invite on 3/6. The interview questions were behavioral questions (STAR) . I did the interview and received an invite for a phone call to learn more about position on 3/21.

Process was fairly easy and moving along in the hiring process was easy as well. Recruiters respond very fast and are always helpful with answering any questions you may have.

Interview process was seamless and straight to the point. The process took about 2 weeks before an offer was submitted. Start date about 1 month from acceptance. I’m excited to start my new career with State Farm.
