Very casual. Had to take the Wonderlic test. Asked a few behavioral questions. The agent basically wanted to make sure that I knew how to talk to people both over the phone and in person.

The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
