I applied online, was called by an HR rep 2 days later to take a skills test. Passed, she called me the next day to schedule a phone interview with an HR manager. That took a week, then a month later, I found out I didn't even make it to the next round. But I applied for the same position at a another location, and was invited to an on-site panel interview 3 weeks later. 1 week later, I call in and they said no decision has been made. Day after I call in, I log into the career page, it says, "you were not selected". Got an official email with it that said the same. Now I wonder what went wrong.. I really thought I had a great chance at the job.
