4/20- 35 minute phone interview with recruiter (SG) and offered the job pending passing a background/ drug screen
4/28- Passed background check
5/1- Official job offer
5/3- Updated offer with post-training work schedule
I will say that State Farm's employment process is long.

Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
