The interview process was very easy. I had a phone interview and the questions were easy. There was no other interviews involved. Only a phone interview. The interviewer was helpful and pleasant. She made me feel at ease.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
