Applied online, received an email to take assessment tests. Was contacted a couple a days after by email to set up a telephone interview. Had telephone interview 2 days later, was asked about my background during interview, and the position was explained at that time. After the phone interview, a face to face interviewed was scheduled. The interviewers were very friendly and they make you feel as if you're having a conversation with them. You have to prepare the the structured interview. Have good examples from your past experience.
