Applied online, 24 hours later I received a call to take the online test. After I passed the test which was not too difficult I set up a phone interview. The interview are basic questions like "tell me about a time you and your boss disagreed?". I passed the phone interview and they set up a personal interview.

What's the most technical thing you have had to explain to someone
Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
