Submitted application, then was sent an email that directed to a typing test, and a small skills test that had you listed to orders provided by a “customer” then record the information provided. Then a brief phone interview. Situation based questions. Took around 15-20 minutes. Interviewer was friendly, but it was clear they were hiring for a large group and were not being very thorough. Was offered the job at the end of the phone call.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
