There were three managers and me and they each spent time asking questions. It was pretty typical. For those who are interviewing from college job fairs, there's also a group portion where they talk to you about all the benefits and what to expect in the process. I found HR to be pretty straightforward.

Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
