Applied online, received a call and phone screen in two weeks or so, then had an in person interview panel interview with three managers and got my offer about a week after my interview.

The process took about six weeks. First, there was a self recorded video interview to predetermined questions and once completed it would be reviewed. Then a call with the recruiter was the final step.

I applied, took and assessment then was offered an interview all within 3 days. It was a video interview and very easy. There were 2 attempts to record your responses.

It is very generic. It starts out with a HireVue interview, then a typing test, and then you are told whether or not you are accepted. A majority of the interview is based off of the HireVue videos.
