Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso State Farm (Aurora, ON) nel mese di ott 2012
Colloquio
Applied online via their website.
Received an phone call about a week later, and underwent a very brief screening. I was then asked to take two online aptitude tests. The tests were timed, and fairly straightforward. One of them focused on knowledge/reasoning/reading comprehension, while the other tested data entry and keyboarding skills.
Shortly after completing the tests, I was contacted for an on site interview (with HR). I arrived early, but had to wait beyond the scheduled time to be seen. From the start, I could see that the interviewer was not too interested. I was asked standard behavioral questions. Nothing unexpected. It made me nervous how my interviewer spent a lot of time typing, and seldom made eye contact. The interview lasted about 25 minutes, and was to be followed up with another interview with the hiring manager(s).

Domanda 1
Nothing was unexpected. Standard HR behavioral questions.
Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.

Colloquio
Two panels of three people. Not very difficult. Typical questions that you would expect. Basic scenarios around coworkers, calls, decision making. It was many years ago. I’m sure it has changed by now

Short sweet and simple. Video interview with no person involved. Series of 5 questions. Nothing crazy at all. You get two attempts per question so you can correct your mistakes
