Submitted my resume online at statefarm.com. Was contacted about 1 week later to have a phone interview in 1 week. Then offered a group interview the week after the phone interview. Got a decision from them 2 weeks after the group interview.

One question was a claimant was supposed to pick up his car from the repair shop on Friday but said he was in a meeting. Called on Monday to ask us to pay for the 3 additional days rental fee. The claimant emphasized that it was my client's fault.

Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
