Online application was first, then a phone interview explaining company and position. After that an online test which included typing skills and personality test had to be taken. If successful an interview with a panel of three. Then finally a tentative job offer was given pending background and drug test.

Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
