A couple days after applying online I got an email for taking the pre-online tests. One part is writing skills and the other part is a basic test about handling phone calls. Two weeks later I got an email for setting up an appointment for a phone interview that took place 2 days later. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and it all started with telling her about myself and then three behavioral questions. Questions were: - If a co worker wasn't pulling his weight in the past, what did you do and what was the result of it - Did you ever have to deal with a very difficult customer? How did you do it, what was the outcome? - Tell me about a time when you had to multitask. How did you handle it? Well, not even 24 hours I got another phone call telling me that I got accepted and that all we have left to do now was a background check and drug test. Two weeks later that was done also and I got a call telling me that I got the job for sure :)

very simple, applied then did a virtual interview. There was no assessment and things moved forward very quickly, they hired me two months in advance and there was a drug test
