started with a phone interview that lasted around 20 minutes. Asked general questions like how I decided to go into insurance, what qualifies me for the job, and asked if I had any licenses or was planning to get any. then went in for a face to face interview where I was offered the job. The agent was extremely nice and welcoming, the office had a very homey feel to it which I liked.

The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
