Internal interview with two members of management. They will ask you to tell them about yourself, and then ask you a series of behavioral questions that pertain to the main skills listed on the job posting. As long as you have examples of scenarios that play up to your strengths from your current and previous experiences, the interview should go well.

Recorded response to multiple questions. You have the option to record answers 2x. You have some time to practice but it is limited. Then you have a phone interview where they go over you’re recorded answers and some new questions.
