Pretty standard interview process. No specific questions pertaining to the insurance industry. Mostly just behavioral type interviews and questions. One thing I will add is that there were a couple months of silence between when I interviewed and when I was offered the job. I think this was because they hadn't decided how many interns they were going to hire.

The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
