First applied online and was contacted shortly there after for a phone interview. After that I was instructed to take skills/ personality tests which consisted of basic questions. Those who recieved passing grades were later contacted for a 1:1 interview

The process was a little bit unorganized and slow but overall great team and process. I would recommend it. Pro tip: bring lots of questions. It's an hour long, but only 30 minutes of them asking you questions.
Interview process was fair, lot of behavioral based questions and some seeing knowledge of the insurance process overall. Felt fairly standard and straightforward throughout the interview process with communication and timeline explained what to expect at each step
