Applied online and out of the blue got an email about a data science challenge assessment. It's a binary classification problem that isn't too tough and you are given 3 days to finish. More than a week since I submitted and never heard back from them. Not sure what exactly the team is looking for given that the first communication is just an assessment and then radio silence.

At first I had a on demand interview. A week later I got a mail that I got selected and scheduled for 1st round live interview. I was about 45 minutes. Interview went smoothly. I got call from them immediately after the interview that I got selected and they scheduled for 2nd round interview. I am about to attend it in 2 days
