I was interviewed over the phone. I was advised over the phone they would send me an email I would have to get a drug screening in 24 hours from that email, the email was sent 3 hours later. They set the pay ampunt and said there was to be no deveation from that amount.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
