The interview process was quick and painless. I took the phone call from the recruiter, answered her questions and she gave me an offer after about 10 minutes. She asked questions that were geared towards my personality versus my skills. They seem to look for people who can be molded.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
