I completed everything and then got a contingent offer. There was no bargaining on salary. Once I completed drug screening I got a final offer. The offer was 3 months before my start date mostly everything was done via email.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
