Initially when I applied for the position I was in the middle of a school semester and I was not available to work everyday. So when I filled out the application I selected days that would work around my school schedule and did not receive a response. Later the next month, once the job was reposted I selected I was available to work all days and I received an email later that week. After I took the skills and personality assessment, I did the phone interview and was offered the job at the end of the call.

Long and unnecessary. Once you get in it gets a lot more simple. Kind of annoying not sure I think they have to make a quota but the test are easy. Drug test necessary
