I applied on Indeed. The agent sent me a questionnaire. I passed and proceeded with the interview process. I came in for a morning interview. Met with the agent first. After talking with the agent one on one. I later met the rest of the team.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
